How does the process work?

After you reach out via the contact page, we'll discuss your project requirements, agree on a scope and timeline, and send you a clear invoice. Once paid, we get to work immediately. You'll receive your finished website within the agreed timeframe, ready to launch.

What's included in the price?

Every plan includes design, development, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO setup, and hosting configuration. The Starter plan covers 2–3 pages; Pro and Premium include unlimited pages. Premium also includes Shopify/e-commerce integration and 30-day post-launch support.

Question 3

How do revisions work?

Accepted Answer

Starter includes 1 round of revisions, Pro includes 2 rounds, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. A revision round means you send us a consolidated list of changes and we implement them. Major scope additions (e.g. new pages not in the original brief) may incur additional charges.

Question 4

Do I need to provide content?

Yes — you will need to supply your text, images, logo, and any brand guidelines. If you need help with copywriting or sourcing imagery, let us know and we can discuss that as an add-on.

Who hosts the website after it's built?

We deploy to Vercel, which provides fast global hosting, automatic HTTPS, and seamless deployments. Vercel's hobby plan is free and suitable for most small business sites. We'll walk you through setting up your account.

Question 6

Can you redesign my existing website?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — redesigns are one of our specialties. We'll audit your current site, discuss what's working and what isn't, and build a completely refreshed version. Your existing content and domain are fully preserved.

Question 7

Do you build Shopify stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Premium plan includes full Shopify integration — product pages, collections, checkout customisation, and payment gateway setup. We work with Shopify's theme system and can build custom sections.

Question 8

What if I need something after launch?

Accepted Answer

Premium clients receive 30 days of post-launch support included. For all other plans, we offer ongoing maintenance and updates on a per-request basis at an hourly rate. Just reach out and we'll sort it.

Question 9

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and most major debit/credit cards. Full payment is required upfront for Starter projects. Pro and Premium projects may be split into a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery — just ask.
