Effective date: April 1, 2026
Upon full payment for services rendered, VYLO grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, display, and modify the final website deliverables for your own business purposes. This licence covers all custom code, design assets, and content created specifically for your project.
Once your project is fully paid for, you own the custom code and design created specifically for your project. VYLO retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before project commencement.
Your website may incorporate open-source libraries and frameworks such as Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion. These components are governed by their own licences (typically MIT or Apache 2.0). You are responsible for complying with the terms of these third-party licences, copies of which are available in each library's repository.
You may not: • Resell or redistribute VYLO's proprietary code or design systems as your own product • Claim VYLO's internal tooling, templates, or frameworks as original work • Use our branding, logos, or name without written permission • Sub-licence the deliverables to third parties without prior agreement
Content you supply to VYLO for inclusion in your website — including text, images, logos, and media — remains your intellectual property. You warrant that you have the right to use all content you provide and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
All content on vyloweb.com — including design, copy, code, and branding — is the exclusive property of VYLO and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or redistribution without express written consent is prohibited.
Deliverables are provided "as is" at the point of handover. VYLO is not liable for issues arising from modifications made by you or third parties after delivery, or for third-party services integrated at your request (e.g. payment gateways, CRM tools).
